Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through thenagaia.com ("the Site"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of placement. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, product launches, and periods of elevated order volume may extend processing time. We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly but do not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

Estimated Delivery

US, Canada, EU, UK & Australia 7–10 days from shipment
All other destinations 2–3 weeks from shipment

All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. NAGAIA® does not guarantee delivery dates. Actual delivery times depend on carrier performance, destination, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available on orders of $59 USD or more to most destinations. Eligibility for free shipping is determined at checkout based on the delivery address. NAGAIA® reserves the right to modify the free shipping threshold, eligible destinations, and shipping rates at any time without prior notice. Orders below the free shipping threshold are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has shipped. NAGAIA® is not responsible for tracking delays or inaccuracies caused by the carrier. If you have not received tracking information within 72 hours of your order, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, delivery is managed by the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue. Resolution may include filing a carrier claim, reshipping the order, or issuing a refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. NAGAIA® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be accommodated if requested within 8 hours of order placement; after this window, changes cannot be guaranteed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. NAGAIA® has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. Refusal to pay import duties resulting in a returned package does not entitle the customer to a refund of the original shipping cost.

Undeliverable & Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused will be held for 30 days. We will attempt to contact you once. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, NAGAIA® reserves the right to process a refund minus the original shipping and handling fee, or dispose of the package at our discretion.

Force Majeure

NAGAIA® is not liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, or infrastructure failures.

Policy Changes

NAGAIA® reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy takes effect. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that transaction.
