When will I receive my tracking number?
We usually need about 48 hours to process and pack your order. Custom orders may take a little longer. Weekends, holidays, and sale periods can add extra time. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email — check your spam or promotions folder if you have not received it.
My tracking has not updated in a few days
Tracking sometimes pauses for a few days — for international orders, this usually happens during customs clearance. For domestic orders, certain product categories require additional carrier processing, which can slow things down briefly. If there are no updates for more than 7 days, reach out to us at support@thenagaia.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
My package shows delivered but I have not received it
Take a look around — check your front door, back door, garden, mailbox, or apartment management office. It is also worth asking family members or neighbors in case someone picked it up for you. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, reach out to us at support@thenagaia.com with your order number and we will help you look into it.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Within 8 hours of placing your order, we can definitely update the address for you — just email support@thenagaia.com with your order number and the correct address. After that, your order may already be in packing, but feel free to reach out and we will do what we can.
Where is my order number?
Your order number looks like #N12345 — you will find it in the confirmation email we sent right after you placed your order. Try searching your inbox for "NAGAIA" or check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, email us at support@thenagaia.com with the email address you used to order, and we will look it up for you.
