You apply the dipping powder as normal, then hold the magnetic wand over your wet nail for about 10-15 seconds right after you drop the activator on. The magnetic particles in the powder align to create that signature cat eye shimmer streak. No UV lamp needed — it air-cures like regular dip powder.
