Color perception varies depending on your display, ambient lighting, and number of coats applied — this applies to any colored product, not just dip powder. We provide two types of reference on every product page: a Color Swatch showing the finished look, and a Plain Powder Texture showing the raw material. We recommend reviewing both before purchasing. If the product label doesn't match what you ordered, that's a fulfillment error and we'll correct it immediately.

Like any hands-on skill, dip powder application has a learning curve. Uneven coating, air bubbles, or lifting are common on the first try and almost always technique-related. Most customers find significant improvement by their second or third application. Our tutorials cover the most common mistakes and fixes. If you'd like personalized guidance, email us a photo of your results and we'll walk you through what to adjust.

Approved refunds are issued as NAGAIA® store credit by default, available immediately for your next purchase. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please let us know before we process it — once issued as store credit, it cannot be converted to a card refund. A flat $9.99 shipping & handling fee is non-refundable, unless the issue was a fulfillment error on our end (wrong item, damaged in transit, missing products).
